Quiet hours start from 10 PM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

Violations include but are not limited to excessive noise or disruptive behavior caused by raised voices, yelling, loud music, profanity, outdoor nudity, and other disruptive behavior. Fines will be imposed after an initial warning. Guests will risk eviction with no refund at the 3rd warning.

This home is in a growing neighborhood, with new structures being built around it, so you may hear or experience construction sounds from these neighboring properties during weekdays. Wander Concierge is happy to answer any questions or concerns.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

An onsite Concierge will be available to grant you access to the home and walk you through the offerings that come with your booking.

For additional amenities, the home is a 5-minute drive away from the Puerto Los Cabos Beach Club, which includes an infinity pool, restaurants, sports bar, activity center, and beach entry. There is a $200/week fee for entry. Access is not guaranteed during holiday periods.
